Go to the Start Menu, highlight Settings and select Control Panel. Find your Fonts folder. In the Fonts folder, highlight the font you want by clicking on it one time with the left mouse button. *Make sure the file is not a shortcut to the font. With the font highlighted choose Copy (Ctrl+c) in the Edit menu. Paste it out on the Desktop by right clicking on the Desktop and select Paste. Make sure you do not make a Shortcut on the Desktop. Copy this file onto your disk or in your email as an attachment. If you are emailing the font(s), you may want to zip them and attach the zip file to the email. Even if it is only one font this is a good idea. Email programs sometimes filter out font files. If they are zipped it will not see the font files.
If you do not have access to these folders you will need to talk with your Network Administrator.
